I like to use the tool that slows down footage of the original video. However, I only know one program that has that feature, but it is on my ancient computer (which has not a flat monitor), which I plan to donate very soon. I want a movie maker program that was published at least 2003, to match my new Microsoft computer’s system. It already has a movie program, but not with the tool I could slow down footage. Is there a movie maker/ editting program that is legally free and safe to download?
just google for aries-films files section… This website has everything u need

College dropout Ross (Jason Schwartzman) shows up at the bungalow of Spider Mike (John Leguizamo) in L.A.’s north San Fernando Valley looking to score some speed. Spider Mike’s companions at the bungalow that day include his greasy-haired, red-eyed girlfriend, Cookie (Mena Suvari), video game addict Frisbee (Patrick Fugit) and Nikki (Brittany Murphy), a giggly Vegas stripper, whose boyfriend The Cook (Mickey Rourke) concocts the local speed supply in his airless motel room lab. Seduced by Nikki and her promise of an unending drug supply, Ross agrees to become chauffeur and errand boy for The Cook. Over the next few days, Ross ricochets between the hilarious and the bizarre as he descends into the anarchic and dangerous world of speed freaks in a three-day odyssey into crystal-meth hell.

I am looking for a serious answer, I want to show to my boyfriend that I can be scared by horror movies, for every movie I have laughed while he is scared out of his mind. I want to find a movie that would scare me, and nothing like Jason or the exorcist will do it for me.
Thanks! I am trying to prove a point I cannot get scared by movies, he obviously doesn’t believe me and wants to find more.
Turn off the light, watch it stay alone.
See the below horror movie list.

I’m planning on writing a horror novel about a girl who is constantly being preyed upon by a vampire (like in nightmares and visions). But this isn’t like a vampire love story or anything, I actually want it to be scary. Does anyone have any good tips about how to make this a good, scary novel? Also is it too hokey to have it take place during Halloween time?
dehumanize the villain

As Washington attempts to limit the damage done by the now-infamous YouTube video which apparently depicts US marines urinating on the corpses of Taliban fighters, critics say such actions are the inevitable outcome of an unjustified war.

Snowed in during a trip to Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, to cover the annual Groundhog Day festivities, television weatherman Phil Connors (Bill Murray) finds himself stuck in time, endlessly repeating February 2nd. His world is inhabited by the same people every day, but they don’t know Groundhog Day is repeating itself. That gives him a certain advantage: He can find out what a woman is looking for in a man, and then the “next” day behave in exactly the right way to impress her. Luckily there is a woman closeby to practice on. She’s Rita (Andie MacDowell), Phil’s long-suffering producer, who has had to put up with his tantrums, demands and surliness. Gradually Phil is able to see the error of his ways and improve his behavior until, finally, a Groundhog Day dawns when she finally likes him.
